OJK: 7 New IPOs Expected on Indonesia Stock Exchange in First Half 2014

IDX Director of Company Assessment Hoesen expects that the target of 30 IPOs in 2014 will be achieved. In fact, due to investors’ appetite for Indonesian stocks - evidenced by the fact that recent IPOs on the IDX are always oversubscribed - Hoesen believes that the final outcome should exceed the target of 30 new IPOs.

Expected IPOs on IDX in the First Half of 2014:

A further two companies are expected to conduct a rights issue. These two companies are Pusako Tarinka and Bank QNB Kesawan. The former will release 1.27 billion new shares (IDR 500 per share), while the latter will issue 2.59 billion new shares (42.2 percent of the company’s enlarged capital) with a price tag of IDR 250 per share.

Listed companies that will sell bonds this year are Bank UOB Indonesia, Indonesia Eximbank, Sarana Multi Infrastruktur, Bank Himpunan Saudara, WOM Finance, Express Transindo Utama, Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Indofood Sukses Makmur, Bank Internasional Indonesia, and Adira Dinamika Multifinance.
