The initial offering period is scheduled for 8 - 28 February 2018, while the general offering is scheduled for 15 - 21 March 2018. The company's listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange will take place on 28 March 2018. Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia was appointed to act as underwriter.

Jackson Tandiono, President Director of Sky Energy Indonesia, said all of the proceeds that Sky Energy Indonesia obtains through the IPO will be allocated for the company's capital expenditure budget. This will include the purchase of machinery and equipment, land acquisition, and the development of a new plant for the expansion of its production capacity of solar panels and solar cells.

Christopher Liawan, General Manager Finance and Accounting of Sky Energy Indonesia, says the new plant will be constructed starting from mid-2018 on a five-hectares plot of land in Sentul (West Java). The whole establishment is estimated to require about IDR 228 billion (approx. USD $16.8 million) in investment, including land acquisition, the construction of the plant, and the purchase of new equipment. About 60 percent of these funds will be obtained from bank loans. The remainder stems from the IPO proceeds.

Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia said the target range of IDR 375 - 450 per share (set by the company for the IPO) reflects a price-to-earnings ratio (PER) of 12.3 - 14.8 times.

So far this year, two companies have been added on the Indonesia Stock Exchange: LCK Global Kedaton and Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses.
